Commission Terms of Service

1. Overview

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs your use of Yokuvery Commission Studio's services. By commissioning, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

I provide chibi character pixel art and animations. Details and pricing are available on my website.

3. Commission Process

  1. Contact me via DM with your project details.
  2. Receive a quote and timeline.

4. Payment

Payment is required upfront through the specified method.

5. Creation and Delivery

  1. Work begins after payment confirmation.
  2. Regular updates will be provided.
  3. Final artwork is delivered in the agreed format.

6. Revisions

Two rounds of free revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

No refunds after payment, except in special circumstances as agreed upon.

8. Copyright and Usage

  1. I retain copyright.
  2. Non-commercial and commercial use by the client is permitted.
  3. The artwork is provided royalty-free for both personal and commercial use.
  4. The artwork can be used in videos and for creating merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, posters, etc.).
  5. Use of the artwork on social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Discord, and X is permitted, provided proper credit is given.

9. Prohibited Actions

No false information, unauthorized modification, resale, or redistribution of the artwork.

10. Liability

I am not liable for any damages resulting from a violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated without notice. The latest version is available on our website.
